Vegan Bakery in Syntagma

The place

Holy llama is a plant-based bakehouse, where the aroma of freshly baked delights meets the lush embrace of nature. The client’s and architect’s vision for this place was to offer an immersive experience where the architecture and living greenery work in tandem to tell a story of sustainability, health, and mindful living.

The design proposal

Our mission was to allow nature physically invade into the dining environment through green spots, which not only add a touch of natural aesthetics but also contribute to a more inviting and refreshing atmosphere. The careful selection of materials and strategic placement of plants create an atmosphere that is both inviting and invigorating, enhancing the overall dining experience. 

The plant palette

The selected planting palette features ferns with their feathery foliage, pothos with its playful cascading stems, fiddle leaf fig, with its large, glossy leaves aglaonemas and other indoor plants all contributing to the creation of a refreshing and soothing environment.
